The Ridge House was developed in partnership with Coldwater Creek Homes, combining Green Couch Design's architectural approach with Coldwater Creek's craftsmanship, construction expertise, and understanding of the Edmond market.

Following completion, the home was opened for public tours during the Fall Parade of Homes season, giving visitors an opportunity to experience how thoughtful architecture, careful planning, and quality construction can elevate the spec-home experience.

This project reflects a shared commitment to raising the bar for residential design—creating homes that feel intentional, distinctive, and rooted in place rather than driven by trends or stock plans.

A Designed Spec, Not a Stock Plan

Most spec homes are built from familiar floor plans, repeated across neighborhoods. This one was different. From layout to elevation to interior detail, every decision was made specifically for this lot, this market, and the kind of buyer Coldwater Creek wanted to attract.

Working alongside the build team, Green Couch focused on:
