Project Overview
Project Category: Civic / Religious Facility
Building Type: Exterior Renovation & Façade Modernization
Delivery Method: Progressive Design–Build
Total Budget: $750K
This exterior remodel was designed to create a welcoming, modern presence—one that feels both grounded and aspirational. Our approach emphasized clean, timeless lines with a material palette that balances tradition and warmth: stone, metal accents, and soft, neutral tones that respond beautifully to the surrounding landscape.
To help the building serve as a true visual anchor for the neighborhood, we introduced a few key design moves at the main corner and entry zone:
A clearly defined entry sequence that orients and welcomes visitors
Symmetry and rhythm in form, reinforcing balance and order within an already very horizontal shape
Material and color palettes chosen to enhance both natural light and the surrounding landscape
Improved visibility and presence at the corner through enhanced signage, warm exterior lighting, and thoughtful façade articulation
By blending durability, beauty, and intentional detail, this project creates more than just a building—it establishes a recognizable landmark in Midwest City, Oklahoma for gathering, worship, and connection.
