Sixty Six Vines: Hospitality & Event Venue Master Planning

Concept Design and Master Planning Vision

Nestled just off historic Route 66, Sixty Six Vines is envisioned as a multi-venue event and entertainment destination unlike anything in the region. Spanning 35 acres of rolling Oklahoma plains, the development blends Old World European character with clean, modern lines to create a timeless yet contemporary retreat.

Warm stone, patinated wood, and sleek expanses of glass define a material palette that feels rooted, romantic, and unmistakably elevated. Every structure was designed to evoke the charm of historic European vineyards while embracing the expansive sky, light, and landscape of central Oklahoma.

Architecture & Interiors for Multi-Venue Events

Green Couch Design led the architectural and interior vision for the entire property, crafting a fully integrated masterplan that accommodates events of every scale—from intimate gatherings to grand celebrations.

The Pavilion

The 14,300-square-foot Pavilion pairs two symmetrical stone structures and gothic arches with a single-sloped glass hall that frames views of the vineyard and houses a central contemporary fireplace. Its 7,800-square-foot lower level was designed as a moody wine cellar, featuring vaulted niches, brick flooring, and sixty-six taps inspired by the property’s identity.

MAIN LEVEL

BASEMENT

The Wine Tasting Hall

The 5,000-square-foot Wine Tasting building offers an indoor–outdoor experience with full-height sliding glass doors and a rooftop observation deck overlooking the vineyard. Positioned near the Barn with a shared outdoor firepit, the venue provides panoramic views and a flexible setting for tastings, private events, and guest experiences.

The Barn

The Barn features 7,588 square feet of interior space, seating up to 280 guests, plus 6,700 square feet of covered patios for year-round indoor–outdoor events. Skylights, floor-to-ceiling glass, open casework, and an asymmetrical entry roofline define its modern agricultural character and frame clear sightlines toward the pond.

The Chapel

The 4,474-square-foot Chapel accommodates up to 300 guests and anchors the Sixty Six Vines event program. Gothic arches, a cobblestone-inspired aisle, and a custom tapered glass cove overlooking the central pond create a breathtaking, light-filled setting for weddings and ceremonies.

The Villas

At 7,245 square feet with six naturally lit bedrooms, the Villas provide secluded overnight accommodations for wedding parties, retreats, and multi-day events. Dark exterior siding, stone interiors, and a dramatic 13-foot central fireplace create a quiet, Old-World atmosphere that blends into the surrounding landscape.

Designing for Beauty, Function, and Experience

Every building, detail, and circulation path was created to work in harmony—supporting staff, vendors, and guests while keeping the property’s aesthetic identity consistent and cohesive. The architecture celebrates natural light, framed views, and the textures of heritage materials, all while meeting the practical demands of high-capacity venues.

Sixty Six Vines is a study in balance: romantic yet modern, expansive yet intimate, rooted in place yet inspired by the vineyards of Europe.
