This simple line of spec. homes includes an efficient floor plan and outdoor living. Homes at this price point typically shove the garage in your face making it the first thing you notice (a big pet peeve of ours). This plan sets the porch and front door a few feet in front of the garage providing instant hierarchy and curb appeal. The base model is 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and includes expansion options. Each exterior theme comes with matching interior material selections.
