Project Overview
Service: Commercial Remodel | Specs: 6-8 Boats, Offices, Showroom, & Mechanic Shop | Size: 8,251 SQFT | Timeline: 19 Months (design + construction)
Originally an old Hibbon Tires building, Green Couch Design spearheaded the renovation and remodel design. This project involved significant structural undertakings, as the existing roll-up doors were too small for the intended use. Wider and taller doors were seamlessly inserted into the masonry, ensuring both functionality and aesthetics were met.
To rejuvenate the space, we applied an epoxy coating to the flooring, covering traces of the former mechanic shop's oil stains and achieving a pristine modern finish. In addition, we revamped the office space and showroom to embody the high standards of Arrowhead Boats. At the rear of the building, we established a full-service area, providing generous space for boat mechanics to operate and store equipment
